In the course of 13 months the Herrick group,was instrumental in helping us to purchase and resell our condo in Beverly Mass. we consider this effort to be a monumental accomplishment considering the first encounter was over a fifteen hundred mile span involving several months of negotation. The second was when the housing market was undergoing a significant downturn and the market was flooded with condo sales cheeper than the price we was asking for our unit. In both instances the Herrick group came through with flying colors. Not only was their diligence and tenacity totally instrimental in accomplishing the appointed task, it was done in a timely manner and with the feeling we were dealing with family. We will long remember the efforts of all members of the group. We was extremly pleased with the overall efforts expended on our behalf.

I recently purchased a home on a very tight budget. I would highly recommend the Paul Herrick Group to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Sarah MacBurnie was my realtor. She should be commended for her professionalism, patience and inteligence. She is a delight to work with. She put a lot of hard work in helping my fiance and I locate, research and purchase our home. Upon my mother's death our family decided that it was necessary to sell the family homestead. I contacted several realtors including Sarah MacBurnie at the Paul Herrick Group at Keller-Williams Realty. After interviewing them all I went with my gut feeling and signed on with Sarah MacBurnie. Boy! I'm glad I did - I am a stickler for details and Sarah made sure that all of the I's were dotted the T's were crossed and all of my phone calls were promptly answered or returned. In this tough selling market the house was sold within a week and we got the price we wanted because it was priced right.
