Paul recently recieved the North Shore Association Realtors 2005 Central Outstanding Community Service award. Also, the North Shore Technical High School recently named Paul as the Distinguished Alumni for 2005. Paul is a member of the 50+ Builders Association and the Builders Association of Greater Boston.

Sarah, a licensed sales agent, has been a member of the Paul Herrick Group since 2001, assisting in operations management, and specializing in marketing and advertising. Sarah provides stellar customer service to all clients, and represents Sellers, Buyers and Developers. Sarah has a B.S. in Business Management, with an Entrepreneurship Concentration from Salem State College and graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law in May 2007 with a Juris Doctorate. In July 2007 she passed the bar exam and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2007. Sarah is a Salem resident, is actively involved in the community, and is currently renovating her home built in 1853. She enjoys running around with her Boxers, Fez and Rupert.

Christina is the newest member of the Paul Herrick Group. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University and received her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a focus in Legal Studies. Christina is a licensed real estate salesperson and plays an integral role in supporting the team structure as the Transaction Coordinator. Providing clients with the highest level of customer service, Christina manages the scheduling of showings, facilitates communications and is also involved in various other aspects including negotiations, appraisals, inspections and closing processes. While not at work, Christina enjoys spending time exploring wooded trails on her mountain bike in the summer and navigating down mountains on her skis in the winter.
